Returns are only accepted for fully packaged bundles. Single wrap cigars cannot be returned.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges back to Carolina Cigar Company. Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required on all returns.

At the moment, we cannot ship cigars to the following states. Maryland, Washington DC, California, Massachusetts, South Dakota, and Virginia.

All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Orders received after 10 AM on Fridays will ship the next business day.

We apologize, but we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii and we do not ship internationally.
