Am I supposed to inhale my cigar?
Absolutely not. The proper way to smoke a cigar is to puff it and enjoy the aromas and flavor of the tobacco.
What tools do I need to smoke my cigar?
Good news not much. You will need a cutter and flame. We have both.
What is a straight cutter?
A straight cutter is traditional. Depending on the draw you want from the cigar you can cut it in several ways. For smoke draw we recommend the following.

What is a V cutter?

Should I use a lighter, torch, or matches to light my cigar?

I just started smoking cigars. What cigar is best for me?
Good question. We suggest going with a light body cigar. For size we recommend starting with a Robusto. It's small and traditionally is at lower price point.
What are the smoke time of Carolina Cigars?
Our smoke times really depend on how much of a puffer you are. These are average times for a typical smoke.

What is a water pillow?
If you are not smoking your cigars right away and don't have a humidor, we recommend using a water pillow. A water pillow allows moisture for the cigar to keep it fresh inside a plastic bag.
How long does a water pillow last?
The ideal location for your plastic bag with a water pillow is a dark cool dry place. In this scenario a water pillow will approximately 2 weeks. If your is exposed to air and sunlight, you will need to rehydrate your water pillow to last longer.
What is a humidor?
A humidor is wooden box typically made with cedar when closed provides a seal to keep air out and keep your cigars fresh and ready to go.
What humidity should I keep my humidor?
The ideal humidity level for your humidor is 70%. The rage can fluctuate depending on your humidor's location. More info needed from Charles.
How do I know if my cigar has gone bad?
We're sorry to hear about this. A good sign your cigar has gone bad is if you roll it with your fingers and you hear crackling sound and your fingers feel like they are cracking leaves. Take a moment to remember the good times and toss it to the trash bin and visit us online to place a new order.
